From bank export to clean import in under a minute
Drop the CSV
Export transactions from your bank's website the way you always do. Drop the file here — messy layouts, summary rows, and headerless files are all fine.
Check the ledger preview
StatementVision shows exactly what it read: every date, payee, and signed amount, debits in red. Fix a column or flip signs with one click if your bank does things backwards.
Download and import
Get a clean .QBO, .OFX, or .QIF with stable transaction IDs, so re-importing never creates duplicates. Import it into QuickBooks and reconcile.
The converter that can't leak your statements
CSV, QBO, OFX, and QIF conversions run as code in your own browser tab — the file is never uploaded, so there is no server copy, no retention policy to read, no breach to worry about. PDF statements are the one exception: they need AI to read them, so they are processed in memory on our server and discarded the moment your transactions come back — never written to disk, never used for training. For bookkeepers handling client data, that split is the whole point.
Three formats, every ledger
| .QBO | QuickBooks Web Connect | QuickBooks Desktop: File → Utilities → Import → Web Connect Files. QuickBooks Online: Transactions → Bank transactions → Upload from file. |
| .OFX | Open Financial Exchange | The open standard. Works with Xero, Sage, GnuCash, MYOB, Wave, and most accounting software. |
| .QIF | Quicken Interchange | The classic format for Quicken and many older ledger tools. |

Questions bookkeepers ask
Does my bank data get uploaded anywhere?
No. The CSV is parsed and converted by code running in your browser tab. The only network traffic this site makes is loading the page itself and, if you buy a license, Stripe's checkout. Your transactions never touch our servers — we couldn't read them if we wanted to.
My bank's CSV has a weird layout. Will it work?
Almost certainly. StatementVision auto-detects the date, description, and amount columns — including split debit/credit columns, summary preambles, files without headers, European date and number formats, and semicolon-separated files. If detection guesses wrong, you can remap columns by hand and watch the preview update.
Which QuickBooks versions does the QBO file work with?
QuickBooks Desktop (all recent years) via Web Connect import, and QuickBooks Online via the upload-from-file flow. If your copy of QuickBooks rejects an import, email us the error (never the file) and we'll fix it.
Is this a subscription?
No. $9 buys unlimited conversions for 24 hours — ideal for a one-off cleanup. $29 buys it forever on the devices you use. That's it.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Email support with the address you used at checkout.
